We ship via UPS. Shipping charges are extra.
We add 5% sales tax on products shipped within Massachusetts.
We guarantee that if we make an error (such as a mis-spelling), we'll fix it at no charge. We may ask you to send it back (you can use our UPS number). If we cannot fix or correct it, we will do a whole new piece.
